Submit a request to permanently delete your account and the personal data linked to it.
How to delete your account
Fastest: log in, then open this page again (in the app: Balance → Delete account). Your account is removed immediately.
Log inIf you can no longer log in, or you prefer to write to us, send a deletion request to our support team by email.
Deletion is irreversible. Any balance that has not been paid out, your earning history, streak and invite link are lost and cannot be recovered. Records of payouts already made are kept for accounting, as the law requires.
Information required
Write from the email address linked to your EarnCashUp account, use the subject line <b>Delete Account Request</b> and add a short sentence confirming that you want your account and data permanently removed.
Processing timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days, in line with the GDPR and the CCPA. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated personal data have been erased from our servers.
