The service

EarnCashUp lets you earn rewards by completing offers (such as trying an app, reaching a level in a game, or completing a survey) shown on your dashboard. Offers are supplied by our rewards partner, and reward amounts are set by that partner and the advertisers behind each offer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. Each person may hold one account. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed and any unpaid balance, including bonuses, forfeited.

Your account and your wallet pass

Your account is tied to your EarnCashUp pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet; there is no password. Keep the pass safe: anyone who can open it can sign in to your account. The links on the pass sign you in and each works once; the pass updates itself with fresh links. If you lose the pass, we can restore your account only if a recovery email is on file (from your profile or a cash-out) and you contact us from that address. If you lose your pass and no recovery email is on file, your account and its balance cannot be recovered and are lost permanently. Accounts created before wallet sign-up may keep using their email and password until we retire password sign-in.

Bonuses

New accounts receive a sign-up bonus and a one-time bonus for completing their profile. The current amounts are shown on the site when you sign up or open the profile. Bonuses are added to your balance straight away and count toward the minimum cash-out amount like any other earnings. Each bonus is available once per person. Bonuses obtained through false profile information, multiple accounts or any other prohibited conduct are forfeited. We may change or end the bonus program at any time; bonuses already added are not affected.

Earning rewards

Rewards are credited once an offer's completion is confirmed by our rewards partner, which can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours depending on the offer. Some offer providers reverse a reward after the fact (for example, in cases of fraud) — if that happens, the amount is deducted from your balance, and your balance may go negative until it is repaid by future earnings.

Cashing out

You can request a cash-out once your balance reaches your account's minimum cash-out amount, which is always shown on your balance page before you cash out. A new account's minimum starts at 50 in your local currency (for example $50 or €50). If an account has not reached that amount within 24 hours of signing up or adding its wallet pass, the minimum for that account increases to 100 in your local currency (for example $100 or €100). We may set or adjust the minimum cash-out amount for an individual account, including for fraud prevention. Bonuses and all earnings count toward the minimum. A cash-out you have already requested is not affected by a later change to the minimum.

Prohibited conduct

Accounts found engaging in this conduct may be suspended and forfeit any unpaid balance.

Offer availability and reward amounts vary by region and change over time. We don't guarantee any particular offer, amount, or earning rate.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
